30-Day Easy Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition with tags attached. Shop with confidence — if it doesn’t fit your style, body, or vibe, we’ve got you covered.
What Can Be Returned?
- ✅ Tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear in original, unworn condition with tags.
- ✅ Items damaged or defective on arrival (we’ll cover return shipping).
- ✅ Wrong items shipped (our mistake = our cost).
What Cannot Be Returned?
- ❌ Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on product page).
- ❌ Underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons).
- ❌ Gift cards.
- ❌ Items returned after 30 days or without original tags.
How to Start a Return — 3 Easy Steps
- Email us at returns@bigconfidenceco.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Get your prepaid return label (US orders) or pre-paid return instructions (international).
- Drop off your package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location. Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receipt.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Banks may take an additional 5–10 business days to post it. We’ll send you an email the moment it’s processed.
Free Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges are 100% free within the US. Just request an exchange instead of a refund and we’ll ship the new item the moment we receive yours back.
Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect every item before shipping, but if anything arrives damaged, please email support@bigconfidenceco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or full refund — your choice — at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
- 🇺🇸 US returns: Free with our prepaid label for damaged/defective/wrong items. Standard returns: $7.95 fee deducted from refund.
- 🌍 International returns: Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Late or Missing Refunds
