Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (Mon–Fri) are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking email the moment your package leaves our Austin, TX fulfillment center.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- 🚚 Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $6.95 — FREE on orders over $75
- ⚡ Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days): $12.95
- 🛫 Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $24.95
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
International Shipping

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also track any order anytime by logging into My Account on our website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and your local post office.
- Wait 48 hours — sometimes carriers mark early.
- Email support@bigconfidenceco.com with your order number. We’ll open a carrier investigation and resolve it ASAP.
Wrong Address?
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a typo, email us within 1 hour of ordering and we’ll do our best to fix it before shipment. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we cannot reroute it.
